Chidoka Dumps PDP For UPP, Joins Anambra State Guber Contest

A Former Corps Marshall of the Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC and a staunch member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Osita Chidoka has dumped the party for the United Progressive Party, UPP.

Chidoka joined the UPP to further his governorship ambition in Anambra State. He is to register in his hometown, Obosi, Idemili Local Government Area.

A statement by the Director General of his campaign organization, Bright Nebedum, Sunday, said Chidoka will use the event to unveil his plans and vision towards redirecting the fortunes of Anambra State and restoring its lost political and economic glory.

The statement recalled that Chidoka served as a Minister of Aviation under the Goodluck Jonathan administration and “has never failed in any assignment he had undertaken in the past”

He was the youngest to head the FRSC at the age of 36 and worked closely with various cabinet Ministers between 1997 and 2003.
