It was a funny and strange episode today at the International Convention Centre, ICC when Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha appointed 27 local government chairmen of the state through voice votes.
At the packed International Convention Centre, where the Governor hosted an APC stakeholders meeting, the LGA chairmen were selected by thousands of party faithful who gathered at the event.
