Baring unforseen circumstances, a PDP national chairmanahip aspirant, Uche Secondus is expected in Owerri, Imo State capital today, Monday.
Secondus is expected to woo delegates from the State chapter of the PDP to vote for him during the December 9, national convention of the party.
He is to visit the Charles Ezekwem led State chapter of the party at party Secretariat along Okigwe road, Owerri.
