The refusal of the Imo State University to offer admission to the daughter of one Mr.Chukwuemeka Ezeji(Esq)  to study law in the institution has prompted the latter to draw the attention of the Imo State House of Assembly.

In the petition presented to the State legislature at plenary and presided by the Deputy Speaker, Hon. Ugonna Ozuruigbo, the petitioner said his daughter

Chinenye Ada Ezeji is duly qualified to secure admission for Law at the state University.

He said her daughter, met the cut off mark for admission into IMSU but was disqualified on the grounds that she came from a less disadvantaged local Government.

After acknowledging receipt of the petition,  the member representing Ehime-Mbano States constituency in the IMHA,Hon. Lawman Duruji House constituted a 3-man adhoc-committee headed by Hon(Barr)Donatus Onuigwe(Oru West),with Hon.Henry Ezediaro(Oguta),and Hon.Ifeanyi Nnataraonye(Mbaitoli) as members to look into the petition,and report back to whole House of the Assembly on November,27,2017.
