Stern looking policemen have taken over Emmanuel College roundabout in Owerri ostensibly to wade off anti government protest in the city planned by the opposition.
The Imo Peoples Action for Democracy organizers of the protest had alleged in a statement that the Police on the promptings of the State government was bent on stopping the protest.
