The African Democratic Congress, ADC in Imo State thrilled thousands of party faithful with a Christmas cantata held on Friday, December 29, 2019 at Mann Street Primary School, Owerri.
The aim of the Kantata is to rededicate Imo State to God.
In his welcome address, the State Chairman of the ADC, Barr Nkem IgnatiusU.K assured the entire Imo people that God almighty has brought the ADC to Imo State in order to wipe away their tears and bring smiles on their faces.
He stated that the ADC is one of the big political parties in Imo State that refused to join other political parties because it is God’s specially designed political party that will lead Imo people to the promised land at the governorship polls come 2019.
He said the aim of carrying all Imolites along in the scheme of things irrespective of political party affiliations is the overall intention of the party.
Also in his speech, the National Chairman of the ADC, Chief Ralph Okey Nwosu, Dike Ora Bu Eze 1 of Awka who was represented by the South East zonal Chairman of the party, Hon, Chief Sir Paul Umensofor assured Imolites in particular and Nigerians that an ADC administration will run an open door policy that will help in reshaping the lives of Nigerians from zero citizens to hero .
The highlight of the Christmas cantata in Imo State was the award presentation to deserving Imolites who believe in the new vision of Imo State for all which God will use the ADC to accomplish come 2019.
