When a man is doing well in his chosen profession or career, it
naturally attracts envy and jealously from evil-minded people. When a
man is using his position of influence to better the lots of the less
privileged in the society, those who previously occupied the same
position but did not effect positive change in the society, begin to
envy him. This is a natural phenomenon of life, wherein the devil and
his agents does everything possible to pull down people who have been
anointed by Almighty God to alleviate the problems of the society, and
indeed the sufferings of the poor masses.
I am no longer disturbed that Hon. Uche Nwosu, the current Chief of
Staff to the Governor of Imo State, is under attack. I used to be
disturbed or bothered when Uche Nwosu comes under “acidic” attack,
just for doing good and being a good man. But after going through the
laughable and pathetic profiles of people throwing mud at him, I have
decided not to bother myself again. Even Uche Nwosu is not even
bothered. He has refused to respond to those throwing stones at him,
and indeed to those barking at him. This is because responding to them
will distract him from getting to his divine destination. But one
thing is very certain; the devil and his agents can never go after
“never do wells”. O yes, the devil will never go after those who have
nothing to offer the society. The Devil is after the “Esther’s”
because he wants to stop them before they get to the Kings Palace. The
devil is after the “Daniels” because he wants to stop them from being
relevant in life, and in political leadership. He is after the
“Nehemiah’s” because he cannot stand them rebuilding the broken walls
of Godliness. The same devil and his agents are after Hon. Uche Nwosu
because they want to stop his divine mandate, mission and vision of
putting smiles on the faces of the people of Imo State through Youth
and Women Empowerment, Provision of Socio-economic and Academic
infrastructure, Revamping Agriculture and most importantly,
establishing the presence of God in many of his exploits.
Having come this far, let me draw the attention of the reading public
to the publication of COMMUNITY WATCHDOG NEWSPAPER OF 24th November
2017 edition, page 64, with the title “DISPLAY OF UNIMAGINABLE WEALTH:
HOW MUCH IS YOUR MONTHLY SALARY? IMOLITES QUERY UCHE NWOSU. The
publication quoted a former Special Adviser to former Governor Achike
Udenwa on Administration (Cabinet Office), one Barrister COC Akaolisa
as saying that Hon. Uche Nwosu was an unemployed Youth before becoming
the governor’s aide.
Let us hear Barrister COC Akaolisa, “Uche Nwosu was an unemployed
youth before becoming the governor’s aide. First as a Commissioner and
later as Chief of Staff. The issue is that virtually all of them in
the Government House, even to the Cashier are corrupt. They are
unlawfully dipping their hands into the government treasure for
personal enrichment, embezzling and misappropriating funds that
rightly belong to the people…….. Uche Nwosu will tell us how he made
his money………….. As long as Robert Mugabe’s wife did not succeed him,
despite all efforts as President of Zimbabwe, Uche Nwosu cannot
succeed Rochas Okorocha. infact, it is an insult on the collective
intelligence of Imolites to ever contemplate such aberration? Who is
Uche Nwosu? What are his antecedents and pedigree? What administrative
and leadership experience does he have?

The above are comments of Barrister COC Akaolisa, a onetime Special
Adviser on Administration in Imo State Government, and also, a
one-time legal Adviser of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Imo
State.
Before I respond to the above statements of COC Akaolisa; let me
inform the reading public that he is my elder brother from Orlu zone,
just as Uche Nwosu is my brother from the same local Government Area.
Clearly, the spirit of envy and jealousy has taken over the likes of
COC Akaolisa; otherwise why should he describe Hon. Uche Nwosu as an
unemployed Youth before he became an aide to the Governor? This is a
fat lie from the pit of hell. The truth remains that Hon. Uche Nwosu
was a Personal Assistant to the Special Adviser on Inter-Party Affairs
to Former President Olusegun Obasanjo between 2003 and 2005. He was
also a Personal Assistant to the National President of the Nigerian
Red Cross Society. Earlier before then, Uche Nwosu was the Special
Assistant to the Chairman of Nigerian Airspace and Management Agency
(NAMA) between 2000 and 2001. He was also a National Officer of the
Action Alliance Party. While COC Akaolisa was a “common” legal adviser
of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the State level, Hon. Uche
Nwosu was already a National Officer of the Action Alliance. Uche
Nwosu was the Director of finance of the Party. Later through a well
conducted convention, he emerged the National Secretary of the same
Party. He was also the Deputy Chief of Staff to the founder of a well
known foundation in the country – Rochas Foundation.
As an under-graduate at the Imo State University where he read Town
and Urban Planning, Uche Nwosu was elected as the Director of
Transport of the Students Union Government. That was in the late 90’s.
So the reading public can clearly see that Hon. Uche Nwosu started
preparing for leadership even while he was in school.
Hon. Uche Nwosu, aside (and before) holding various political
positions in Imo State Government, was a successful Town Planner and
Estate Management consultant. No wonder he has been inducted as a
member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP). He is also a
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Corporate Administration of
Nigeria (FCAI), and an Associate member of the Association of Nigerian
Authors (ANA).
I personally sympathize with the likes of COC Akaolisa, because they
are frustrated that they have been out of Power and job since 2011.
And with the continued rising Profile of Hon. Uche Nwosu (The Chief of
Staff to the Governor of Imo State), they are jittery they would again
be out of job from 2019. Hence they are currently ‘’Masturbating and
Ejaculating’’ their vile anger and indeed uncontrolled frustrations on
an innocent man …………… Hon. Uche Nwosu. BIKONU, LET ME ASK: GINI KA
UCHE NWOSU MERE UNU? NDI ANYA UFU, NDI OBI MGBOWA, NDI IHE OMA SONSO,
NDI OBI OJOO.
COC Akolisa even lied that Hon. Uche Nwosu was first appointed a
commissioner before he was appointed the Chief of Staff. I am not
supposed to respond to this. But to ensure that the public are not
deceived, let me inform them that Uche Nwosu was first appointed
Deputy Chief of Staff. He later held several other positions
(including commissionership) before he emerged the Chief of Staff.
In his ‘’ejaculatory’’ outburst, COC Akaolisa tried to equate the
situation in Zimbabwe to the Political happenings in Imo State. Let us
hear Akaolisa again, “As long as Robert Mugabe’s Wife did not succeed
him, despite all efforts as President of Zimbabwe, Uche Nwosu cannot
succeed Rochas Okorocha.’’
In the first place, the constitution of Zimbabwe is completely
different from that of Nigeria. While there is no fixed term of office
in Zimbabwe, which made it possible for Robert Mugabe to contest for
elective office of the president several times, in Nigeria, you
cannot contest and occupy the post of Governor or President for more
than two terms of four years each. While Mugabe’s Wife (Grace) is
known to be a violent person (she even reportedly physically assaulted
a young lady in South Africa), Hon. Uche Nwosu has no history of
violence: at least to my knowledge. While Mugabe’s wife (Grace) went
about creating problems for her husband’s government and leadership,
Hon. Uche Nwosu is known to have even gone on shuttle diplomacy
between the state government and those aggrieved, against or opposed
to the leadership in the state. While Mugabe’s wife (Grace) is never
known to have empowered anybody in Zimbabwe, Hon. Uche Nwosu has not
only empowered Imo Youths, he has empowered women, widows, built
boreholes for communities across the state, built houses for the less
privileged in the society, built markets for communities in the state,
bought Keke-Tricycles for Operators, bought vehicles for
Transportation business for drivers, given employment to the less
privileged in the society, adopted the motherless babies as his
children, adopted Prison inmates as his brothers and sisters etc.
While Mugabe’s wife (Grace) is hated by majority of Zimbabweans, Hon.
Uche Nwosu is genuinely loved by majority of Imo citizens, especially,
the youths and the widows.
There is no debating the fact that Hon. Uche Nwosu is the best Chief
of Staff in the History of Imo State. Those who occupied the same
position between 1999 and 2011 never impacted positively on the
society. This was the period COC Akaolisa was in government and Power.
No wonder envy and jealousy have crept in, because they have seen the
difference. They want to pull Uche Nwosu down, by all means possible.
If they are not throwing “potopoto” on him, then they are accusing him
falsely. But the truth is that, the more they are mounting road blocks
for Uche Nwosu, that is the more Almighty God is uplifting him to his
glory.
Today, Uche Nwosu is a house hold name in not only Imo State but also
in the South East. His footprint is even presently being felt in the
Northern part of the country.
No doubt, Uche Nwosu is academically, physically, morally, mentally,
spiritually, emotionally, and constitutionally qualified to contest
for any elective position in 2019. No amount of conspiracy and
blackmail will abort this divine vision and mission. When the elder
brothers of Joseph conspired against him, they never realized that
they were merely propelling him to emerge a great man. Their eyes
opened when they bowed before him in Egypt as the prime Minister of
that country.
If the devil had known that by betraying our Lord Jesus Christ
(through Judas Iscariot), he would emerge as the Kings of Kings and
Lord of Lords, he would not have betrayed him.
Conversely, the likes of COC Akaolisa have conspired against the
political vision of Hon. Uche Nwosu, but I want to assure them that
the Commander of VERIFIABLE empowerment in South East of Nigeria is
not in any way moved by their infantile and childish antics.
Hon. Uche Nwosu has remained resolute and determined to push through
his vision for the society, and will break barriers in order to
fulfill this divine destiny in Grand style, to the Glory of Almighty
God; in Jesus Mighty name I pray, Amen.

I rest my pen.
