Owerri Record First Rainfall Of 2018

Owerri, the Imo State capital recorded its first major rainfall on January 11, 2018.

This led to slight flooding in some parts of the State.

Also there were traffic gridlock in some parts of the city especially along the refurbished Okigwe round-about.
