Chief of Staff, Government House, Uche Nwosu has kick started his youth empowerment programme for more than 500 youths in the state.
The event is taking place at the Imo Trade and Investment Centre, Owerri. The youths are expected to use the programme to learn one skill or the other in what appears one of the biggest empowerment programmes in the state.
