Apparently unfazed with the no support he is getting for his governorship ambition from his boss, Governor Rochas Okorocha, Imo State Deputy Governor, Prince Eze Madumere has said he is not interested in what he described as” canal endorsement”.
Madumere had indicated interest to vie for Imo governorship race but his ambition suffered a major set back when Okorocha choose to announce his support for his Chief of Staff and son in law, Uche Nwosu.
The Deputy Governor has since then carried on with his ambition. He took to his facebook page last night to say he is no interest in canal endorsements bought with money. He wrote on his page “The surest endorsement is that which comes from God and support from you, my brothers and sisters for the task ahead.
“I have no interest in canal endorsements bought with money, once God is at the paddle, it would surely be smooth sailing to victory. Walk with me towards a greater Imo State for all of us”
