Senator Samuel Anyanwu, Senate Committee Chairman on Ethics, Public petitions and Privileges will officially declare his intention to vie for Imo governorship contest on Thursday, March 29, 2018.

The event will take place at the State headquaters of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. The State PDP Chairman, Charles Babatunde Ezekwem and other leaders of the party, including party faithful will grace the event including supporters of the senator are expected to witness the event.
The senator had made far reaching consultations across the party and with stakeholders on his governorship ambition.
