Hon. Iheanetu, one of the few PDP House of Assembly members had last week described the endorsement of Nwosu by 20 0f his 27 colleagues as “beer parlour arrangement”.

However, sources close to the lawmaker described the photo as an old one and handiwork of enemies of progress who went extra mile to bring out an old picture parading it as an endorsement. But this is a fairy tale to confuse the fickle minded as multiple sources said the photo is a recent political event.

Hon. Iheanetu could not be reached by this online newspaper for comments but it was observed that close sources to him have been battling to deny the photo.

However, the Director General, Imo PDP New Medan, Aic Akwarandu in his reaction posted on his facebook wall ” The way and manner the APC guys are circulating a picture of Hon. Mike Iheanaetu, a PDP legislator, claiming that he purportedly endorsed their endorsement hungry Governors aide, shows how desperate they are.

“Few days ago, Hon. Mike Iheanaetu, described the shameful endorsement led by the Speaker and deputy speaker of Imo State house of assembly, as a beer palour arrangement. Because of that, they decided to bring out an old picture parading it as an endorsement”

Last week, Iheanetu’s colleagues in the Imo State House of Assembly endorsed Nwosu’s governorship ambition.
