Lionel Messi was sighted on Tuesday at Manchester City Training ground. Though reports said he is not in talks over leaving Barcelona for the Etihad.
The Argentine is said to be in Manchester City for Argentina’s friendly game against Italy to be played at the Etihad stadium on Friday.
The team trained in the morning at the City Football Academy, but put on an extra session in the afternoon following the late arrival of the Barcelona superstar. Messi was linked with a move to City, before signing a contract extension until 2021 with Barca back in November.
The 30-year-old who scored his 100th Champions League goal last week in Barca’s 3-0 last 16 win over Chelsea, has netted 542 goals in 626 appearances for Barca and 61 for Argentina
