In what appears ongoing consultations to boost his governorship ambition, Senator representing Owerri zone, Senator Samuel Anyanwu has commenced far reaching consultations with party leaders.
He was reported to have announced his ambition at the National Assembly complex, Abuja last week.
Pictures sent to this online newspaper showed the senator parleying with traditional rulers from his Amaimo community in Ikeduru Local Government Area where they washed his feet.
He was said to have gone to Okigwe zone to discuss with PDP chieftains in the area on the way forward for his governorship ambition. As at the time of filing this report, he is holding interactions with the Orlu zonal chapter of the PDP.
