Flood Hit Owerri After Rainfall

Some areas of Owerri, Imo State capital were overtaken by flood after a heavy downpour on Monday afternoon. The city is now noted for flood whenever it rains no matter how intense or not the rainfalll is. Our reporter who went to town to monitor the aftermath of the rain observed that it led traffic gridlock in some parts of the city.
