Angry Imolites have continued to express their anger and displeasure over a heavy downpour that led to flood in some parts of Owerri, Imo State capital
Some of them took to the social media to post pictures of the devastation caused by the flood in Owerri metropolis. Mr. Duke Igwe, a resident along Owerri- Okigwe road said the flood was devastating as it really caused havoc destroying properties worth millions of naria.
