Panic and shock gripped Owerri residents Monday evening when a tanker filled with petrol suddenly tripped and fell at a major road close to Government House, Owerri.

This led to pandemonium as pedestrians and commuters ran for safety. A Toyota car was seen very close to the tanker. No life was lost.
