In line with his determination to realize his senatorial ambition, the member representing Owerri Federal Constituency, Hon Ezenwa Onyewuchi has constituted a formidable team that will propagate his plans and vision for Owerri senatorial zone.
Onyewuchi had recently declared his intention to vie for Owerri zone senate seat. He inaugurated his team of co- coordinators at his Grace Court residence at the weekend.
The Lawmaker nicknamed “Mr. Empowerment”, “One Week, One Project” for providing jobs to his constituents and other numerous dividends of democracy is a leading contender for Owerri zone senate seat on the platform on the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
He heads House Committee on Labour and Employment. His team of co- coordinators mainly made up of grassroots politicians of exceptional quality are expected to market his aspiration in the nine local governments that make up Owerri zone.
In a related development, the lawmaker on Sunday, 22nd April 2018, commissioned the Ulakwo Primary Health Centre which he completely renovated and equipped after many years of abandonment. The project is one of several projects he had built and commissioned.
The lawmaker had last week rose in defence of Imolites by condemning in strong terms the attack on businesses of Imolites by the Okorocha administration.
