The Transition Committee Chairman of Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State, Hon. Obinnwanne Onwuchuruba has been relived of his appointment by the Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha.

A statement by Paschal Obi, Principal Secretary to the Governor, the ex Council boss was directed to return all government property in his possession.No further reason was given for his sack coming barely a day the All Progressive Congress, APC ward Congress in Imo State was marred by intrigue and drama.
It would be recalled that the Transition Chairman of Mbaitoli Local Government Area, Mr. Steven Odoemena was relieved of his appointment.
Newspaper said he was sacked for his loyalty to the State Deputy Governor, Eze Madumere who fell out with his boss over the 2019 governorship.
