One of Super Eagles strikers, Moses Simon has been ruled out of the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Moses suffered an injury as Eagles prepare for Monday’s friendly against Dr Congo and England on June 2
Super Eagles Head Coach, Gernot Rohr was quoted by an online news platform to have said that Simon is down with injury.
“It is unfortunate Moses Simon will not be traveling with the team on Tuesday because he is down with an injury.
“The nature of his injury is such that he won’t be recovering quickly enough to make the World Cup,” Rohr said.
