The last may not have been heard on the Congresses in Imo State chapter of the All Progressive Congress, APC.
A Federal High Court sitting in Owerri and presided by Hon Justice Lewis Allagoa heard the matter brought before it by Rochas Okorocha faction of the APC who are challenging the validity of the congresses.
Justice Allagoa adjourned the matter to June 26, 2018 for hearing after adjourning it earlier to 22nd June, 2018.
An appeal to the Judge by counsel to the defendants, Kelvin Nwafor SAN led to the second adjournment.
Nwafor had said he would not be available on the said date because he will be attending the funeral of his mother in law on June 22nd 2018.
Barr C.O.C Akaolisa, counsel to the defendants in the ward, LGA and State State officer elected under Hilary Eke had his motion for joinder granted by the Court
