A renowned woman leader from Isu LGA in Orlu Zone of Imo State, Mrs. Uche Nnadi has described Mr. Okey Ezeh as the best Imo State could have as governor in 2019.
Mrs. Nnadi who is also a leader in the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, disclosed this to newsmen recently.
She maintained that Mr. Ezeh as a governorship aspirant on the platform of APGA possesses the most sterling qualities needed for the ideal governor Imo needs come 2019.
She said the track record of Ezeh as an accomplished technocrat of high repute, including his well thought out roadmap for Imo economic revival known as the Imo Marshal Plan, (I-MAP) qualifies him for the position.
According to her, no other aspirant compares with Ezeh in the area of potentials to kick-start the much awaited Imo agro-industrial revolution.
Mrs. Nnadi therefore urged all Imolites, especially APGA faithful to support Ezeh to fly the party’s governorship flag in 2019, to restore confidence in governance so as to attract investors to the State.
She recalled the sacrifices Ezeh made for Imo APGA. According to her, Ezeh stood solidly behind the party when the leaders abandoned the party after the 2015 general elections saying.
She said it was Okey Ezeh who remained loyal and continued to support the party ensuring that APGA in the State did not die.
Nnadi said 2019 was the right time to reward Ezeh for all his sacrifices for the party adding that Imo needs the likes of Ezeh to come out of the woods.
