The Owerri Anglican Diocese is expecting a new Bishop as Most Reverend Cyril Okorocha bows out as Bishop of the Diocese.

Activities marking the end of his reign began with a birthday /thanksgiving service held at the Cathedral of Transfiguration of Our Lord, CATOL, Owerri.

Bishop Okorocha, 70 was the third bishop of Owerri Anglican Diocese.

With his exit, Rt Rev Emmanuel Maduike, the Bishop of Ikeduru is expected to oversee the affairs of Owerri Diocese pending when a new Bishop is nominated.
