Amaju Pinnick Appointed CAF Vice President

Amaju Pinnick , the embattled President of the Nigeria Football Federation ,NFF has been appointed the new Vice President of the Confederation of African Football, CAF.

He takes over from Ghanaian Federation President Kwesi Nyantaki who stepped aside after corruption allegations last month.

His appointment came amid a renewed leadership tussle within the NFF.

A ruling by Federal High Court sitting in Jos, the Plateau State capital, has ordered Chris Giwa, to take over the Glass House.

Giwa had earlier been banned from all football related matters by both FIFA and CAF
