On Sunday, he had congratulated Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi for wining the Ekiti State Governorship election. He anchored his message that Fayemi was re- elected by the people of Ekiti State on the basis of his experience after serving the State earlier. He added that with his experience as a one time Governor of Imo State, the State is in dire need of an experienced hand to turn around the fortunes of the State for good.
