The All Grand Alliance Party, AGAP has vowed to align with the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and other political parties to form a “3rd Force” to take over governance from the governing All Progressive Congress, APC in Imo State and in the nation.
Speaking to newsmen in Owerri, State Secretary of the party, Chief Ibeawuchi said that detailed brief on the alignment will be unveiled in a short time, stating that the current move is aimed at ensuring AGAP, PDP and 39 other political parties enter into an alliance ahead of the 2019 general elections.
He said the time has come for political parties who share the same ideology to come together and pursue a course that will favour the nation.
The party scribe said gone are the days those unprepared for leadership positions find their way to public office.
He said with the 3rd force in place, all political parties involved will work in synergy to actualize the yearnings of the teeming masses in the State and in the country.
