Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal Monday morning arrived Owerri, Imo State capital.
He is said to be on a visit to Abia State.
Reason for his visit could not be ascertained as at press time barely a week he defected from the All Progressive Congress, APC to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP last week.
He was received by a former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon. Emeka Ihedioha a the Sam Mbakwe International Airport, House of Reps members of PDP extraction, Hon. Jones Onyeriri and Hon Ezenwa Onyewuchi, Hon Bede Eke among other party chieftains.
