The Imo State Police Command has paraded five suspects allegedly involved in various crimes ranging from kidnapping and armed robbery.
According to the Police, one Mrs Evans Ajaps, a businesswoman from Amadaga Ibiasoegbe in Oru West LGA of Imo State was also rescued from kidnappers den unhurt.
Recovered from her were N670,000, her ATM card and other valuables.
Parading the suspects before newsmen at the State Police Command, Owerri, the State Commissioner of Police, Mr.Dasuki Galadnachi, said the media were invited to keep Imolites informed on the Command’s breakthrough in its renewed onslaught against crime and criminality in the State.
He said the Command has re- strategized to meet the security challenges in the State, stating that they would be charged to court after investigation of their various crimes.
