As primaries for various elective positions hots up in the All Progressive Congress, APC in Imo State, Governor Rochas Okorocha has said his preferred choice as governorship candidate of the party, Uche Nwosu has come under constant attack from other aspirants because “ he is the only aspirant that can easily win the governorship election for the party in Imo State”
He also claimed that is the reason other aspirants in the APC are also fighting him.
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Sam Onwuemedo, Okorocha called on party members to fully come out to vite in the party’s presidential and governorship primaries scheduled for Friday, September 28, and Saturday, September 29, 2018.
He advised those he described as the “few professional politicians in the party who want to disturb the peace of the party in the State not to continue taking his peaceful dispositions for granted”
While drumming support for President Muhammadu Buhari, he tasked every card carting member of the party in the State to vote for President Muhammadu Buhari to enable him run for his second tenure and continue the good works he is doing for the nation and for the people.
