An Owerri High Court has nullified the suspension of four members of the Imo State House of Assembly.
The Court said the suspension was the height of impunity.
The suspended lawmakers are Uche Oguwuike who represents Ikeduru State Constituency, Nkenna Nzeruo (Oru East), Collins Chiji (Isiala Mbano) and Ifeanyi Nnatoronye (Mbaitoli).
