In line with his commitment to encourage Youths in Owerri Federal Constituency to excel in their chosen human endeavours, the APC Owerri Federal House of Representatives candidate, Hon.Obinna Mbata, at the weekend, demonstrated his unflinching support to Youths by sponsoring a football tournament.
The tournament tagged “Amazon Unity Cup 2018” organized in memory of former team Manager of Heartland FC, Owerri, Uche Ejimofor, was sponsored by Barr Mbata not only in memory of Ejimofor, but to encourage talented Youths in the area who have passion for football.
Mbata, a lawyer and three rimes Commissioner of Finance in Imo State, has continuously assured that if elected to the House of Reps zone he will through the act of legislation, seek to encourage Youths in the constituency to realize their God given potentials.
The soccer event was witnessed by football lovers and a mammoth crowd who cheered Hon.Mbata’s uncommon support for the tournament.
Mbata’s aspiration has continued to received tremendous accolades from the nooks and crannies across Owerri Federal Constituency as the National Assembly elections holds next year.
