364 There has been a mass transfer of personnel in Imo State Police Command, Owerri. Reports reaching this newspaper indicate that the State Commissioner of Police, 14 DCPs and ACPs have been reportedly transferred by the Inspector General of Police Further confirmation and details are awaited .
