Imo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has shut down its ongoing campaigns in order to give a grand welcome to the party’s Presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
The temporary suspension by the party is aimed at enabling full mobilization and participation of all party faithful in the South East Zonal rally and visit of His Excellency, Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
A statement by Ray Emeana, State Secretary of the PDP, said all ward, State and National officers of the party, all support groups of Atiku/Obi and that of the party’s governorship candidate, Emeka Ihedioha, are mandated to be at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri for the visit/ rally of the PDP Vice Presidential candidate.
