The social media was awash on Friday, 1/11/2019, on the tale of three gallant men who rescued some children trapped in a building ravaged by fire.
The incident took place at Otulu in Nnewi, Anambra State. Fire was said to have erupted in the building. As residents waited patiently for Fire fighters, the three men gallantly went into the building to rescue the children.
A facebook user, Comr Chibuzo Uzoma Tonwa who recounted the story wrote on his facebook wall “Two days ago, this building in Otolo Nnewi went up in flames with 3 Children trapped inside, the State Fire Service was called and they refused to respond to the distress call, this 4 Gallant Young Igbo Men mobilized and got two water tankers, poured detergents into them, crawled into the building unprotected, extinguished the fire and saved the children! These are the true Heroes of Nigeria who are really deserving of our National Honours!
