There is confusion in Enugu State chapter of the All Progressive Congress, APC as a Federal High Court has sacked the governorship candidate of the party, Senator Ayogu Eze.
Justice I. Ekwo of the Federal High Court 5, in his judgement asked the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to recognize Barr George Ogara as the candidate.
He faulted the committee deployed by the National Working Committee, NWC to conduct the primary election in Enugu.
