Hon. Jerry Alagbaso, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP House of Representative candidate, for Orlu/Orsu/Oru East Federal Constituency.
The polls were earlier declared inconclusive by the electoral body with March 9 scheduled as new date for the re run election.
The Returning Officer, Professor Innocent Madufor who announced the result in Owerri said Alagbaso of the PDP polled a total of 21, 273 votes to be declared winner of the polls.
The Federal lawmaker is making a third come back to the green chambers of the House.
