Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State was absent when the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC issued Certificate of Return to Senators- Elect in Abuja.
The event took place at the International Conference Centre, ICC, Abuja.
INEC had omitted his name from the list of Senators elect after it had announced that his declaration as winner of Imo West Senatorial seat was done under duress.
Okorocha had said some persons who are fighting him from going to the senate were behind his ordeal.
