The Rector of Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Engr. Michael Amarinwa has denied allegations that the female student involved in a sex romp at Federal University of Technology, FUTO, was a student of the institution.
Speaking in Owerri, the Rector noted that the female student is not of Fed Poly as her registration number was not found in the Register of the School.
He said there are people who live close to the school and claim to be students of the institution while creating a bad name for the institution.
He appealed to the media to verify the authenticity of their information before they publish.
