The Federal High Court sitting in Owerri, has struck out a matter brought before it by Senator Samuel Anyanwu, a governorship aspirant in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
The Senator had gone to court to challenge the outcome of the PDP governorship primary in the State won by Hon. Emeka Ihedioha.
Anyanwu had claimed that the process that led to Ihedioha’s emergence was faulty.
The Presiding Judge, Justice T.G Ringim struck out the matter out for lack of merit.
