New Real Madrid forward, Eden Hazard has explained how he sent former Chelsea team mate to convince Luka Modric to release Real’s NO 10 shirt.
Hazard had claimed that Modric refused to let him have the number 10 jersey and added that he was not worried about shirt number or penalty kick responsibilities.
The Belgian recently completed a move to Santiago Bernabeu from Chelsea for a princely fee of 100 million pounds.
“ I have talked to Modric through Kovacic. I jokingly asked him if he could leave me N10, he said no, I hav eto find another number” Hazard was quoted by Goal.
“ For me the number is not important, but to play with this shirt, with this badge”
