The Nigeria Union of Journalists, Imo State Council has congratulated the Secretary to Imo State Government Hon.Uche Onyeaguocha, the Chief of Staff, Government House Owerri, Hon.Chris Okewulonu and the Principal Secretary to the Governor, Chief Theodor Uzoma for their appointment by the Imo State Hon.Emeka Ihedioha
Also congratulated include the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media, Hon.Steve Osuji and the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Chibuike Onyeukwu
In a statement issued in Owerri and endorsed by the Union’s chairman Chief Chris Akaraonye and Secretary Juliet Dim, they described their appointments as a well deserved one
The union recognized the fact that their appointment was earned because of their exceptional and impressive track records of achievements in various exalted public offices they have held in the past
While pledging their professional support to them, the union leaders prayed God to grant them His infinite mercies that would see them through in their assignment
The Union expressed optimism of a mutually beneficial relationship between their offices and NUJ to ensure success and smooth administration in the state.
