The Supreme Court has ruled that Uche Nwosu, is the authentic governorship candidate of the Action Alliance, AA, in the governorship election held on March 9, 2019 in Imo State.
In its ruling, the nation’s apex court dismissed an appeal file by Leonard Okolienta against the nomination of Nwosu as the authentic governorship candidate of the party in the State.
Okolienta had approached the court after his suits at the High Court and Owerri Division of the Court of Appeal were dismissed.
