The Nigerian Union Of Journalists, NUJ, Imo State, has congratulated Mr.Emeka Ebiligwe on his appointment as the State Commissioner for Information and Orientation.
A statement by Chairman of the Union, Chief Chris Akaraonye, he stated that such worthy position can only be given to a person of impeccable character and intergrity especially now the State Government wants to reposition the information sector.
According to the Chairman, the Union will have a sterling relationship with the Commissioner just as he expressed hope that he will live up to expectation in his new assignment.
According to the statement, the Chairman assured the new Commissioner that Imo journalists will work with him to achieve the desired goal of rebuilding the information sector of the State.
