Chike Okafor Retakes Nwajiuba’s Seat At House Of Reps

Hon Chike Okafor has taken over the House of Reps seat for Ehime Mbano/Ihitte Uboma/Obowo Federal Constituency of Imo State.

The seat was occupied by Hon Chinedu Nwajiuba, who was recently appointed a Minister by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Mr. Okafor was earlier sacked by a lower court and replaced by Hon Nwajiuba after the latter was also issued a Certificate of Return by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Okafor was sworn in during plenary of the House of Representatives.
