The State Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Owerri has nullified the election of Hon Arthur Egwim, member representing Ideato North State Constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly.
Candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA in Ideato North, Hon Mrs Ogechi Peters had challenged the outcome of the election in Court.
In its ruling on Wednesday, the Tribunal ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to conduct fresh election in the area within 90 days.
