The Imo Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja in a petition filed by the All Progressive Congress, APC governorship candidate, Senator Hope Uzodinma against the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP candidate, Governor Emeka Ihedioha, has been dismissed by the tribunal.
The Judges uniamoulsy struck out the petition on the grounds that the evidence it tendered were mere hearsay. They further ruled that the petitioner did not prove the unlawful exclusion of the results it tendered.
