PDP flags fly Low,Owerri Council Boss Declares 7 Days Mourning For Late Party Chieftain

Owerri Municipal Council Chairman, Hon.Ebere Chukwemeka, ABJ, has declared seven days mourning for late chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Engr.Okechukwu Oprah.

In a statement, Hon.Ebere said the 7 days mourning is in respect for the late chairman of the party in Owerri Municipal whom he described as ” Energy Municipal”

Engr.Oprah died on November 3, 2019 after a brief illness in Owerri

The Chairman further directed that party flags located at PDP outlets in Owerri Municipal should fly at half mast in honour of the late party Chairman.
