Court Srikes Out Uche Nwosu’s Petition Against Ihedioha

The Appeal Court, sitting in Abuja, has struck out a petition filed by Uche Nwosu, governorship candidate of the Action Alliance, AA, against Imo State Governor, Hon.Emeka Ihedioha.

The Court in its ruling dismissed Nwosu’s petition, for lack of merit and waste of time.

The Court further ruled that Nwosu has no business appealing the verdict of the Tribunal, which had affirmed the victory of Governor Emeka Ihedioha, as duly elected Governor of Imo State.
