Mr. Tony Okere, Imo State Commissioner for Petroleum and Environment, is dead.

Reports say he had slumped during one of the State Executive Council meetings.

He is said to be battling with stroke and died on Friday in an undisclosed hospital

He was also former member of the House of Representatives having represented Ohaji/Egbema/Oguta/Oru West Federal Constituency.
