The Court of Appeal sitting in Owerri, has upheld the election of Senator Benjamin Uwajumuogu, as duly elected Senator for Imo North Senatorial zone.
Senator Uwajumuogu is of the All Progressive Congress, APC.
Senator Uwajumuogu’s election was challenged by candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, Chief Stanford Onyirimba.
